“BIG CITY EXPERIENCE IN SMALL TOWN USA”
C|Y|G RESTAURANT REVIEW: Caruso’s in Angola, Indiana
“When you hear the names of Chicago Based brands – Carmines, Riccardo Trattora, Spiagga, La Scarola, and names from the Fort Wayne area – Zianos, Salvatori’s, and Biaggi’s – little ole’ Caruso’s from Angola, Indiana needs to be mentioned in the same breathe! History! Experience! Atmosphere! Service! Quality! Execution! From the rolls smothered in butter to the dessert and coffee, the flawless execution of our experience reminded the entire party of an Italian Eatery in the heart of a big city! Locals were seated next to travelers creating an exciting mix of energy! Our party ordered several appetizers – all cooked to perfection – and several entrees. The kitchen performed fabulous and the service was impeccable (thanks CLEA!). Hats off to the Caruso Family!”
Family owned since 1976! Joe worked in the kitchen! Barb worked the dining room! Learn more about their fantastic history! Three generations can be seen on any given night! https://www.carusos-restaurant.com/about-us
